Dawn Wake, Registered Manager of Clifton Lawns Residential Care Home, said: “Caresolve have held our hand through a number of challenges and assisted us with growing and improving our home.
“Initially they were tasked with reviewing our market conditions, increasing the occupancy rate of our home and working with the directors to develop a strategic plan.
“We soon realised they could also help us review our processes, implement more robust systems and undertake client care surveys to ensure we provide the highest level of service.
“We continue to work with Caresolve on a monthly basis to provide reassurance to the Board that the company operations are as they should be via their internal audits and CQC compliance reviews.
“As a manager, I find it is beneficial to have a third party as a sounding board.”
