Joanne has over 18 years’ experience across all levels of Finance, 12 years of which have been specialising in the Care sector.

She has vast knowledge of Finance Management with a proven track record of managing the finances for multiple care homes and clients, some of which were operating in administration.

At Caresolve, Jo has oversight of the finance team with responsibility for preparation of monthly Management Accounts, Budget projections, variance reporting and cash flow management and forecasting.
